Once a machine/license have been purchased from a seller/distributor, the ownership must be transferred to the user. The seller/distributor may no longer sell it to other users and may be ground for termination of account and/or legal actions.
PisoFi makes no warranty that: (a) the Site will meet your requirements; (b) the Site will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site or any services offered through the Site will be accurate or reliable.
A license will be owned by a user indefinitely unless he/she violate any of the terms and conditions stated above. The user cannot transfer the ownership of the license to any other user unless he/she is a distributor and/or a license reseller authorized by PisoFi.
